Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information associated with your 5mwb account. 5mwb will not be liable for any losses arising from your provision of inaccurate information during registration or thereafter.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5mwb login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. 5mwb will never ask you for your password outside of the login interface.
You must notify 5mwb support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 5mwb will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account prior to notification, where such unauthorized access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5mwb employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and requires OTP (one-time password) verification for new device logins. These measures are provided as a service to players and do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security.
5mwb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 5mwb wallet immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Delays beyond this timeframe should be reported to 5mwb support with transaction proof.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking business day. 5mwb reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in specific cases.
You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. Deposits made using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen funds, or funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
5mwb may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and free spins. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each promotion. Players are required to read and understand the terms of each individual promotion before accepting.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. During bonus wagering, Real Money Funds in your wallet are used first for eligible bets before Bonus Funds are applied, unless the individual promotion specifies otherwise.
5mwb reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotional award if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: exploiting games with high RTP contributions to meet wagering requirements disproportionately, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Bonus Funds not utilized within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's wallet. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Each game available on the 5mwb Platform is governed by its specific rules as published within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 5mwb provides published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slots and table games in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — 5mwb reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the relevant bet amounts to the Player's wallet. 5mwb's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final subject to PAGCOR oversight.

5mwb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law, including claims arising from proven fraud or willful misconduct by 5mwb.
5mwb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or the exercise of PAGCOR licensing obligations. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 5mwb support. Upon account closure, pending bonus requirements are cancelled. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to standard KYC verification and wagering completion on any pending bets.
5mwb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory directives or applicable law. Continued use of the 5mwb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the 5mwb Platform that cannot be resolved informally between you and 5mwb shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
